UNZIP TIPS:

For products packaged as zip files, first, unzip them on your computer or iPad.
To do this, click on the zipped file.
If you have any trouble, you can use WinRAR on Android/Windows or iZip if you’re using iOS/Mac.

IMPORT TIPS:

1. Find the downloaded document in the Files app, and then click on it.
2. Tap the Share icon in the top right corner and then tap “Open in GoodNotes” or “Copy to GoodNotes”.
3. Import the file as a new document. Select the location where you want the document to be saved. You can also create a new folder for easy organization.

For other note-taking applications like Xodo or Notability, find the app and click to open it. If you can’t see your application in the bar, click “more”.
